Show Notes

If you haven't experienced divorce or know a loved one or friend who has, consider yourself the minority. I don't have to Google to find out the statistics about how many families have survived divorce to know there are a lot of us.

The main truth I want to share with you is this: YOU will survive. Your children will survive. It's not easy. There are so many emotions, financial changes, fearing the unknown, starting over, which includes dating, are all very real and daunting challenges.

Every divorce is different. Every family is different. But the one main thing all families have in common is: COMMUNICATION. Depending on your own personal situation, you will either have
good communication or bad communication. This is particularly important when there are children involved. The good news is: YOU can control HOW you decide to use communication to benefit not only yourself,  but  more importantly, the welfare of your children.
